What we're working on

A tree survives the storm not because it refuses to move, but because it knows how to bend without losing its roots. Yoga invites us into that same wisdom. Open to Grace is not passive. It is the courageous willingness to receive support before responding. Every inhale reminds us that life is already offering what we need. When we begin there, our actions become more skillful, our effort becomes more sustainable, and our openness arises from trust rather than force. This full-spectrum practice introduces the theme of Fluid Motion through the first Universal Principle of Alignment, Open to Grace. By combining breath, mindful movement, and intelligent alignment, students discover that true strength and openness begin by receiving support before responding.
